I grew up in the Pacific Northwest enjoying spending time at my grandparent’s oceanfront home in Arch Cape Oregon, riding horses, skiing, & all that the '60s & '70s had to offer. Moved to Truckee near the north shore of Lake Tahoe in the Sierra Nevada as the chef of my cousin's Italian restaurant. While working there I also became a ski Instructor at the Tahoe Adaptive Ski School at Alpine Meadows and ultimately becoming a member of the National Handicapped Sports Clinician Team having many 100+ day years of Skiing. In 1989 I took my great grandmother Hawkins' Recipe for Dill Pickles and started Bill's Dills making Mellow & Hot Garlic Dill Pickles for over 10 years. I moved on to Pacific Grove in the late '90s to become Assistant Food & Beverage Director at the inn at Spanish Bay in Pebble Beach and played golf at some of the best courses on the planet. Other opportunities brought me to the San Francisco Bay area where I met the girl of my dreams coinciding with my becoming a Home Mortgage Consultant in 2006. We've been together ever since and escaped "Taxifornia" to the Austin Texas area in early 2020. We're looking forward to what the great state of Texas has to offer.
