I have been lending since 1997 and very passionate about this industry. Having such an experience base and having my incredible team helping with every transaction, our goal is to have a smooth, enjoyable, and seamless transaction for all of our clients and referral partners.

I grew up in Detroit Lakes MN and didn't fall far from the family tree. My father was in Real Estate, Building, and concrete. I guess family's with the name Carr, do a good job with Home's as well.

When not working, I enjoy spending time with my wife Amber and daughter Jozee. We spend time traveling, at our cabin in Detroit Lakes, golfing, boating, downhill skiiing, and basketball. Having a life balance and being involved with family is important and helps to recharge my batteries. I am also very involved with Rotary and have served as President of the Minnetonka Rotary Club. Raising funds and helping to offer grants & community service both locally and internationally, is an amazing opportunity to help others and " Pay it forward " for future generations.
