I have been a Mortgage Originator since 2003, after a successful banking career in Asia, with an MBA degree and an undergraduate degree in Economics. I am a strong advocate for sustainable homeownership, and I make sure that my clients are well informed of the homeownership process through proper consultation and home buyer education. I support non-profit organizations who are educating and empowering homebuyers as well as real estate professionals. Since 2014, I have been joining the Asian Rea Estate Association of America who is the voice of the Asian Americans and Pacific Islanders in bringing to the attention of our lawmakers in Washington DC on issues that impede AAPI homeownership. I strongly support local community organizations such as the MAMLEO in Boston, the Salvation Army through the Cambridge Community of Real Estate Professionals, the Pine Street Inn, Chefs Feed Kids, The Filipinos in the North Shore, Cambodian Mutual Assistance Program, Black Ministers Alliance, the Philippine Medical Association of New England, The Philippine Nurses Association, the Filipino Apostolate Community, Boston Asian American Film Festival and others.
