I have been a lead home mortgage originator in Hawaii for the past 18 years. I graduated with a BA degree in Film/Television production from Columbia College in Los Angeles. I spent 12 years working with Universal Studios, Propaganda Films and various other production companies in Los Angeles before opening my own post-production company, US 2 Editorial, in 1993. During my career I worked on many high-profile projects including: Feature Films: E.T., Back to the Future, Fast Times at Ridgemont High, and The Breakfast Club Music Videos: Michael Jackson, Madonna, Sade, Barbara Streisand and Bon Jovi -Commercials: Pepsi, Nike, Ford Motors, Reebok, Toyota, Coke and Apple Computers In 1999, I relocated to Hawaii to pursue a better quality of life. I had spent almost 20 years in the entertainment business, and it was time to take count of what was important to me for the next 20 plus years, and Hawaii was the answer. I was hired as a home mortgage consultant with a national bank in July 2001. In my first year in the business, I was ranked one of the top ten originators in the state and in 2005, I moved into the Private Banking division, where in addition to originating, I was trained as a Level 1 Underwriter. This additional industry skill has propelled me to consistently rank in the top 10 percent, nationwide from 2005 to 2013, for sales volume funding and customer service loyalty. With more than 18 years in the business, I have extensive experience with all loan types, including conventional, government and commercial programs. The highest compliment I can receive is a referral. My priority is to have satisfied clients for life, and I will do everything possible to ensure everyone is provided with a high level of service throughout their transaction. If I do a great job for them, they will refer their friends and family, which is the highest compliment I can ever receive.
