Dan Sullivan was born in Denver, Colorado but grew up in Casper, Wyoming. He proudly claims “native” status of both states. After graduating from the University of Wyoming he returned to Denver where he has spent almost 30 years.
Denver was an amazing place to begin a mortgage career in the 90s. Capitol Hill condominiums sold for $60,000, and a beautiful bungalow could be found in Wash Park for $150,000. Coors Field was a dirt lot, and the word “loft” was barely a part of the local language. Young people could get an early start in real estate investing, and Dan was hooked. Over the years, he has enjoyed helping clients follow their own path in the real estate world.
He will always advocate for the benefits of real estate ownership and investing and enjoys being a part of that process, whether you are buying your first home or adding another investment property to your growing portfolio.
In Dan’s 25+ years in the industry, he has learned that there really are no “typical” clients. Every client is unique – we all have different motivations, priorities, and needs. Dan knows that it is his job to identify those needs and help each client achieve their personal goals in the most efficient way possible. Always looking for new ways to find better solutions for buyers, Dan’s in-depth insight and experience lets him identify potential issues before they can cause problems. His consistent focus on communication and teamwork with area real estate partners enables him to deliver the highest level of customer service possible.
In his free time, Dan loves to spend time in the mountains with his wife Stephanie, and their two daughters. The girls love weekend “adventures” throughout Colorado and the western states. Dan’s hobbies are snowboarding, skiing, golf, and cycling. His garage holds the evidence of former time spent as a river guide and fly fisherman. One day he hopes to have the time to dust off the old gear.
