My mortgage industry journey launched in 1998 when I started a one-person, at home company. That company grew to about 90 employees and six offices until 2017 when I decided to simplify. Making a great experience for the customer was always my driving force. I can accomplish that best as a loan officer working with the right company. One that has great systems, smart technology while keeping the focus squarely on the customer experience. My unique background as mortgage company owner, underwriter, manager, so on and years on the board and past president of the local Chamber of Commerce, non-profit downtown economic development commissions and instructor at local real estate schools contribute to my understanding of customer needs and provides many tools to help customers. Honest guidance, a positive experience and a smooth closing are the workflows. For well qualified customers the goal is no surprises, provide great value and make it easy.
