David Dakoske has been delivering customized financing solutions for his clients for the better part of the past decade. His team of selected mortgage professionals are dedicated to their craft of providing a lending platform that is customer focused, driven and constantly re-evaluating how we can best serve our clients and referral partners. Originally from Traverse City, Michigan, David grew up surrounded with extended family in both the real estate and lending worlds. Upon graduating, he went on to receive a Degree in Marketing from the Eli Broad School of Business at Michigan State University. Following five+ years in the Event/Sports Marketing world in Chicago, David turned his attention to home financing where creating relationships/experiences with clients keeps the work exciting and rewarding. After learning the lending ropes within the retail bank platform and, David left to join Guaranteed Rate and has reveled in the culture, high-energy and their commitment to be constantly improving their craft.
