Gardner Lane is an accomplished mortgage professional with over 20 years of experience and currently Licensed in 49 States and Washington DC. He has a passion for helping home buyers, owners and builders to learn more about loan options. Known as a strong thinker with strong residential, FHA, VA and commercial mortgage acumen. With his past endeavors in real estate, owning and managing as many as 60 apartment units, he is skilled at educating customers about construction and renovation financing, home buying and refinancing solutions, as well as jumbo, adjustable-rate, and reverse mortgages.

Beyond work, Gardner is quite active and civic minded. Most recently he has joined the Board at Moses Brown in Providence, RI. Another current labor of love is in heading up a $2.5M fundraising effort to build youth sports fields in his hometown of Westport, MA. Before moving east, he was an Alumni Trustee at the Latin School of Chicago. On a fun note, he was involved as a volunteer in the effort to bring the Olympics to the city of Chicago in 2016. He holds an MBA from DePaul University in Chicago concentrating in Real Estate Finance, his undergraduate degree is from the University of Colorado - Boulder.
