I was born on Scott Air force Base and raised in Peoria Illinois Until I attended Culver-Stockton College where I played 4 years of football and was a member of the Alpha Tau Omega Fraternity. After College, I started my career in the finance business with Norwest financial (now Wells Fargo) from there I moved over to the mortgage industry and have helped over 3000 families achieve the American dream of home ownership. I have held every position from processing to a loan officer to Opening my own mortgage company and successfully ran for about 11 years. I have mastered a system that gives my customers the ultimate home buying experience. I am now a Regional Manager for Guaranteed Rate and know that our platform, ability to close loans on time, excellent rates and service will be the reason you stay. In my free time, I am very active with all 3 of my kids and all their school and sports activities, they range from 22,19 and 15 and this is what motivates me to be successful. I am also happily married to Amy (Vanek) Giffin for the past 24 years.
