Jasmyne is a licensed loan officer with Guaranteed Rate, which has earned numerous honors and awards including: Forbes Advisor's Top 10 Mortgage Lenders for 2021 (Chicago Agent November 2022). Jasmyne was raised in the small town of Wendell, NC where she attended East Wake High School-Health Science (back when it was split into 4 small schools). In 2013, Jasmyne moved to Charlotte, NC to attend UNC Charlotte (Go Niners!) where she graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Management and a Bachelor of Arts in Spanish. Jasmyne has been in the industry for over 3 years. She began her career as a teller at a local Credit Union and worked her way to doing mortgages, where she found her passion. She fell in love with helping her clients purchase their dream homes as well as guiding them through such a life changing process. Jasmyne's core goal is to help you through every step of the way. She will work with you to ensure the home buying process is seamless and successful. You are more than just a file, you are family. When she is not working with clients, Jasmyne enjoys traveling with her husband and children, watching football (Go Pittsburgh!!), and doing yoga and Zumba.
