When I bought my first house 30 years ago, I did not know anything about a mortgage loan. I had no idea why I would or would not be approved. As for myself, I completed a 34 year career in San Antonio Fire Department and have been a mortgage loan officer since 2016. On a personal note…I love food, both cooking and dinning out. I have three grown children whom I could not be prouder of. I really enjoy a great red wine. My wife and I frequent the Texas hill country to visit local wineries and restaurants. But mostly, I love seeking out and admiring the beauty and serenity that God has put on this earth. It is abounded and we should all take time to stop and enjoy it!
