I'm John Langermann originally from Lambertville, MI. I moved to Ft. Myers, FL more than 30 years ago after graduating from the University of Toledo where I played baseball until suffering a career ending injury.
I stayed in sports as a television sports broadcaster for 7 years and then moved into the marketing/sales management side of broadcasting and spent the final 10 years of my career as the national sales manager for two TV stations in Ft. Myers.
I've always enjoyed helping people and have found no greater joy than helping people achieve homeownership. Whether it's a first-time homebuyer a vacation home or a investment property, I take great joy in helping navigate that journey all the way through the closing.
I've raised three children in Ft. Myers, the youngest graduates college from UCF spring of 2023! All three have remained in Florida, it's our home and I'm excited to help you find your forever home in Florida.
