Kevin is a VP of Mortgage Lending with almost three decades of experience in banking and finance. He joins us from a large bank where he developed a residential mortgage portfolio across multiple asset classes with significant exposure to single-family, multi-family, Condo, and Coop residential mortgages.
At Guaranteed Rate, Kevin has access to a very robust platform of residential mortgage products. The more traditional products include options for jumbo loan amounts, Fannie Mae & Freddie Mac conforming & high balance loan amounts, FHA, VA, construction to perm, and renovation loans with a certified renovation specialist. He also has access to broker loans to lenders.
Kevin is based out of our Manhattan office located at 750 Lexington Avenue. His core business partners include real estate agents, attorneys, developers, CPAs, accountants, financial advisors, wealth managers, and of course, his past clients.
Prior to his career in mortgage lending, Kevin was in equity sales and trading at a premier investment bank and was also a Member of The New York Stock Exchange for several high-profile brokerages.
A life-long New Yorker with deep roots in the community, he attended SUNY Oneonta for his undergraduate studies and was awarded a Masters in Business Administration from Fordham University.
Kevin has been married to his wife, Kathleen, for 12 years. He spends his free time coaching his son Nolan's basketball team while also representing his fellow unit owners as a long-standing board member of the South Star Condominium Association.
