Being part of someone’s home buying experience is exhilarating from start to finish. Seeing and hearing the excitement in their voices, facial features and eyes is a humbling feeling. I got into the mortgage business with the illusion that dealing with mortgages are a walk in the park. What I found out is that finding the right loan for each person is not always easy. Not everyone fits the mold of what you heard or what you are able to google. There are borrowers who will need some guidance to make the home ownership dream come true. There are borrowers who are purchasing the home for the first, 2nd or third time. There are stories that you hear about what brought them to where they are today. Whatever the reason, I’m right there with them. For a moment in time the borrowers become part of your daily lives to when they sign that dotted line and you don’t want them to go. Mortgage criteria has changed over course of my 16 plus years in the business. I’ve had to learn to adapt to new guidelines as there come out. Whatever way they came I made sure the company I was part of understood that there are all types of people in this world who are looking to become homeowners. I do my best to help guide if possible, to make your dream come true. I take every one of my borrowers to heart.
