Mike Williams, Vice President of Mortgage Lending, is the father of twin girls, Kennedy & Zoe, as well as their younger sister Dempsey and sees launching the first Guaranteed Rate Orlando branch, The Apex Group, as a way of taking his already record-breaking business to the next level. As a former National Rookie of the Year for a large federal mortgage company, as well as a multiyear Platinum President's Club member, Mike was drawn to GR's industry-leading technology which allows him to take even better care of his clients and referral partners. When he's not wrestling with his daughters Mike's hobbies include superbike racing, competitive shooting, and training at his local MMA gym. Mike is an Orlando native and played football at Boone High School before signing on with the East Carolina Pirates and later the Valdosta State Blazers where he was starting guard for their 2007 NCAA National Championship team.
