


I started my career as a loan officer in 1991. Customer service is everything to me. Buying a house is one of the largest financial decisions one will make in their lifetime and I don't take that lightly . In 1991 there wasn't a lot of training , so I took it upon myself to read, study and memorize the guidelines. I remain active in every file to assure as smooth process and to let my customers know that I am available anytime to answer their questions and more importantly that I truly care..
I am passionate about education and believe that the more my customer know about the process, loan programs, rates and fees the more confident they will be in their decisions.
