With 30 years in lending, I have learned many things about the borrower experience. There are 2 core beliefs by which I do business, 1. A Mortgage Loan is not a simple transaction, it is an event taking place on the borrower’s behalf that I have been given the opportunity to manage. It is an event built around a relationship between myself and my customer, my very experienced team of processors, underwriters and closers, the Title Company and if you are purchasing a new home, the Real Estate Agents involved. We all want a positive and efficient experience for the borrower; I take that responsibility very seriously. 2. People want to do business with their friends; it is not just my goal to develop new business customers, it is my goal to make new friends.
