Shant graduated from Bentley University with a Bachelor of Science degree. He grew up in Watertown, MA, and currently resides in Belmont with his wife and three daughters. Community involvement is a very important part of Shant's personal and professional life, and he is extremely proud of his Massachusetts upbringing. He is also heavily involved with St. Jude Children's Research Hospital Walk/Run in Boston, The Greater Boston Food Bank and the Guaranteed Rate Foundation.
