I have been in the residential mortgage business since 1999. I started young and soon learned that I would have to prove myself through my knowledge of the business. To ensure a smooth mortgage process, it begins with getting pre-approved. Before you start your house hunt, I will answer all of your questions and address your concerns so you’re shopping with confidence. I will collect all the documents needed for your approval as if you had actually found a home. This way your loan is being reviewed up front so all of us will know what to expect when the real house comes along. My goal is to create a client for life by providing the best experience a client could have while making, possibly, the biggest investment of their life. I feel I’ve been a success if a client refers me to a friend, co-worker, or family member.
