Stef Adams recently joined Guaranteed Rate as Vice President of Mortgage Lending and Renovation Loan Specialist. Stef has been in the mortgage business since March of 2006 and has navigated thousands of homeowners through the homebuying & refinancing process. Her involvement in the community and passion for Historic Preservation have fueled urban restoration along with her business. Stef grew up in Cincinnati and graduated from the University of Cincinnati where she obtained Bachelor's in Finance and Accounting while playing basketball for the Women's Basketball team. During college Stef and her brother started a painting and remodeling company. She bought her first home in Covington KY with a FHA 203k renovation loan. Stef currently lives in MainStrasse with her wife, five kids and two dogs. When Stef isn't helping clients with home loans, she is watching her kids play basketball or volleyball or traveling. It is Stef's goal to provide the best home loan experience to You and Your family and Friends.
