My name is Tiffany Sime and I am a Loan Officer for Guaranteed Rate. About me outside of mortgages, I grew up in Paterson, NJ. I am a proud daughter of Dominican parents who migrated to the United States in the 1970's. I have a thirst for knowledge and my God given gift is to educate others.
The journey that led me into the mortgage business was one defined by a strong entrepreneurial spirit and a relentless commitment to succeed. Thanks to this drive for success and my supportive parents, I bought my first house when I was 22 years old while in graduate school and it was the best thing I have ever done. Being a home owner, I truly understand the privilege of owning property. It has been my GOAL to get as many minorities as I can to become homeowners.
I have been in the business for years and have mastered the process. I have mastered making the home buying a simple and seamless process. No process is perfect but the big reward is getting to the closing table together. My Promises: 1) To Educate – To educate you on ALL your loan options. Answer any and all of your questions correctly. 2) To be Available – I provide my cell phone number, so my clients have full access to me. Call/text/email/DM, whatever works for you. 3) To be Honest – I make the mortgage process as seamless as possible. Though things can happen during the home buying process, I will always be 100% honest with you.
