Tracy Murrell's passion to see people build equity and security for their family through homeownership is the driving force behind her mortgage lending career. She aims to build lasting relationships with her clients and believes listening to their goals and desires upfront is of utmost importance. She thoroughly educates her clients so they are equipped with all of their mortgage options, and comfortable with the loan program they use. Tracy has excellent communication with her clients from their first conversation until they close on their new home.
Tracy has lived in the Oklahoma City metro most of her life and graduated from the University of Central Oklahoma with a Bachelor of Arts degree. She has mortgage lending experience serving clients all over the state of Oklahoma. Community involvement is extremely important to Tracy, and she is proud to be a part of the Guaranteed Rate Foundation as well as her local church. Tracy currently resides in Edmond with her husband and three kids.
