My name is Tres, as in UNO, DOS, TRES. I voted for the last sibling to be named OCHO,, but was voted off the island and into the Mortgage industry. I have three adopted sons, who are teenagers now. I am a single father, as the result of cancer, but was blessed with 26 years to my sweetheart. Since Father Time is undefeated, I have learned to be happy. Since 1994, I have loved helping my clients cross homeownership off their bucket list. When getting financing through me, be prepared to laugh. I have been a professional magician since 1979, so entertaining is in my bones. I have been nicknamed the "MAGIC MORTGAGE LENDER" by my clients and they tell me that they love me for making the experience so much fun. I served 8 years in the Army in the Chaplain Corp, I love to make furniture in my woodshop and I have a brother who is deaf so I'm fluent in ASL and SEE sign language.
